Founder/Chiropractor
Dr Damian Kristof is a Chiropractor, Naturopath and Nutritionist with 30 years of experience supporting people from all walks of life to improve their health and wellbeing. Drawing on a unique blend of chiropractic and naturopathic care, Damian has helped thousands of patients find relief, restore function, and enjoy a better quality of life.
With a deep appreciation for the profound benefits of a healthy spine, Damian has devoted more than 25 years to the successful management of spinal and related health conditions. His commitment is to provide safe, effective and personalised care that addresses the root cause of spinal issues rather than just the symptoms.
When the opportunity arose to bring advanced spinal decompression therapy to the Bayside community, Damian saw it as a natural extension of his lifelong mission—to help people move freely, live fully, and age well.

Chiropractor
Dr Hume Hurley graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Chiropractic) and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic, and was awarded ‘Chiropractic Student of the Year’ by the Australian Chiropractic Association.
Hume believes our modern lifestyle—filled with daily stressors, lack of time, poor sleep, inadequate nutrition and limited human connection, places a huge toll on our health and potential. His mission is to guide people back to the fundamentals of healthy living through chiropractic so they can move well, live pain free, and thrive both physically and mentally.
Beyond the clinic, Hume is a passionate health enthusiast and podcaster, sharing conversations and insights to inspire healthier living. He also hosts a weekly wellness segment on SEN Radio, where he empowers listeners with practical tips to improve their wellbeing. As a keen everyday athlete, he practices what he preaches—prioritising movement, performance, and balance in his own life.

Spinal decompression is a separate therapy to that provided in a normal chiropractic appointment. Whilst it is separate, NSSD works beautifully to complement your chiropractic care. NSSD uses a computer-assisted table that gently stretches the spine.

No referral is required, though we often collaborate with GPs and other health professionals.
